VIP Black Tie Property Networking London Mayfair PDN Property Deal Network

Black tie. Curated room. Mayfair's premier investor evening from Property Deal Network — one night, once a year.

An invitation, once a year.

Property Deal Network is known for its Free and VIP networking events in the UK and internationally — monthly meets across the UK, plus international cities.

This November, three of those nights will be different. Black tie. A reception venue worth dressing for. A guest list of operators, principals, lenders, and the people who actually write the cheques.

If you've been to a free PDN event, you already know the room. This is that room — curated.

"Having had success visiting the free events from Newcastle to London, there is no way I'll miss out on these Black Tie VIP events. Since offering a 90% bridge product I've been busy with PDN contacts every week."

— Jack, Finance Broker · 90% Bridge Specialist

• Industry professionals on hand: bridge lenders, tax, legal, JV capital
• Event photography & press coverage
• Black tie dress code (the signal, not the obstacle — see FAQ)

Who you'll meet:

• Sourcers — bringing live deals to the showcase
• Developers — refurb, conversion, ground-up, BTR
• Bridge & specialist lenders — including the 90% bridge desks
• Tax, legal & structuring advisors — for UK and international moves
• JV capital — both sides of the table
• PDN's wider network — visiting from the national (& international) cities we run monthly

Why Mayfair

Mayfair is the flagship. The room skews capital-side — family offices, prime-central developers, the bridge desks that fund them, and the operators with portfolios already running.

If your day involves anything north of £500k per transaction, this is your room.

FAQ

Frequently asked:

Is black tie strictly enforced? It's the dress code and the signal — tuxedos and evening gowns for the room. We're not the door at Annabel's, but treat it like a wedding you actually want to be at.

Can I bring a +1? Yes — purchase two tickets. We ask that both attendees are active in property, finance, or a related professional capacity.

Dietary requirements? Email us once you've booked. Canapés will cover vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and most allergens.

Refund policy? Full refund up to 14 days before the event. Transfers to a colleague welcome up to 24 hours before.

Will there be a free event before/after? Yes — check our free monthly events calendar. Black Tie is the once-a-year upgrade; the free nights run every month, UK and international.

How many tickets are available? Capacity is deliberately limited to keep the room curated. Past Black Tie events have sold out.
