March is Women's History Month and BAIA is excited to celebrate with a spotlight on Italian female professionals in the Bay Area. The fourth edition of this event is dedicated to the power of allyship.
Join us for an engaging discussion on why allyship is crucial for supporting women in the workplace and beyond. Our esteemed speakers will share insights on various actions that contribute to effective allyship, including amplifying women's voices, challenging biases, promoting inclusion, providing opportunities, being a mentor or sponsor, and continuously educating oneself about gender issues.
Allyship is key to creating a more inclusive and equitable workplace for women in all industries. By practicing these actions, individuals can help build a supportive environment where women can thrive.
At the event, we will uphold our tradition of recognizing contributions to the community. Following in the footsteps of Romana Bracco and Amelia Antonucci, this year we will honor Valentina Imbeni, the Founding Head of School at La Scuola International in San Francisco.
Don't miss this opportunity to learn and engage with industry experts. Get your ticket to secure your spot!
