Join us for the EuroFusion Winter Ball, a collaborative celebration hosted by the Italian Society, SLAPS (Spanish, Latin American and Portuguese Society), French Society, Greek Society, and ESN (Erasmus Student Network).

An elegant evening of dining, music, and culture, including a buffet dinner, live DJ, and a formal ballroom atmosphere. This event brings together students from across the European societies for an unforgettable night.

Dress Code – Formal Attire Required
This is a strictly formal event.

• Entry will not be permitted to anyone wearing t-shirts, shorts, trainers, or sneakers.

• Please attend in appropriate formal evening wear (suits, dresses, blazers, dress shoes, etc.).

Behaviour & Conduct

• Guests who are visibly intoxicated will be denied entry without refund.

• We kindly ask all attendees to behave responsibly and respectfully throughout the evening.

Ticket Policy

• All tickets are nominal and non-transferable.

• If you are unable to attend, please contact the event organisers directly.

• No refunds will be issued for no-shows or denied entry due to dress code or intoxication.

Entry is restricted to students who are members of at least one participating society:

• Italian Society

• SLAPS

• French Society

• Greek Society

• ESN (Erasmus Student Network)

Membership will be verified at the entrance; please ensure your society membership is active prior to the event.
