Local Boards Training Iasi 2025

The odds are ever in your favour… if you’re ready.

The Local Boards’ Training 2025 is calling you to the arena, and this year, it's happening in Iași, the Hunger Arena, from Thursday, July 24th to Sunday, July 27th. This isn't just any training, it's your chance to rise to the challenge, sharpen your skills, and prove your leadership in true Hunger Games style.

Throughout the event, you'll face workshops and sessions that will test your strategy, teamwork, and ESN spirit. You’ll explore essential knowledge every Board Member and coordinator should master – from communication to coordination, planning to perseverance.

But it's not all tributes and trials! Expect a social program packed with surprises, connections, and unforgettable moments. This is where alliances are formed, friendships are created, and legends are made.

Participation Fees:

• Thursday–Sunday: 295 RON (60 EUR)

• Thursday–Sunday without Welcome Pack: 250 RON (51 EUR)
   

• For Tributes of ESN Iasi District:
   

  • Without accommodation Thursday–Sunday: 217 RON (45 EUR)

What the Capitol Provides:

• Lodging at the C5 Dormitory (3 nights)
   

• Rations: 3 breakfasts, 2 lunches, 2 dinners
   

• Lifesaving Coffee Breaks
   

• A Welcome Pack: tote bag, T-shirt, and mystery treasures

Key Dates:
Registrations: June 11th - 24th
Spot Allocation: June 25th
Payment: June 26th -  July 5th
Confirmation: July 6th

Your fate will be revealed on Wednesday, June 25th. Once chosen, you must secure your position by sending your payment by Saturday, July 5th.
