La nostra terapista vanta 25 anni di esperienza nel mondo del benessere e integra nel suo approccio anche la pratica del Reiki, creando un trattamento che va oltre il semplice massaggio: un’esperienza di ascolto del corpo, rilascio delle tensioni e riequilibrio dell’energia.

All’inizio della sessione avrai un breve momento di ascolto per condividere eventuali tensioni, problematiche o zone del corpo che desideri trattare, così da rendere l’esperienza il più possibile personalizzata e in sintonia con le tue esigenze.

• rilassamento e rilascio delle tensioni

A personalised, energetic, balancing and deeply relaxing treatment, designed to help you release tension, reconnect with your body and experience a profound sense of lightness and wellbeing.

With 25 years of experience in the wellness field, our therapist also integrates the practice of Reiki into her approach, creating a treatment that goes beyond a traditional massage: an experience of deep listening, releasing physical and energetic tension, and restoring balance.

At the beginning of your session, you will have a brief moment to share any tensions, concerns or areas of the body you would like to focus on, allowing the treatment to be personalised according to your individual needs.

The treatment can focus on:

• targeted work on areas that feel tense or fatigued
• energetic balancing
• deep relaxation of body and mind
