About Us
The Silicon Valley Fellowship is an international tech program launched by Gomry in 2023. It helps high-potential international talent get fast-tracked into Silicon Valley. Through the program, we connect promising individuals from around the world with experienced Silicon Valley mentors, building valuable networks, friendships, and opportunities in the process.
What began as a side project within Gomry has demonstrated far greater potential than we could have ever imagined when we started it as a way to dog-food our own product. That's why we are now looking for someone who can take it forward and unlock its full potential.
As part of our strategic growth plan, we are preparing to spin off the Fellowship into a separate subsidiary within the next 12 months.

Our Values
While the Silicon Valley Fellowship will develop its own unique culture as it grows into an independent entity, we are proud to build upon Gomry's strong foundational values:
1. Customer Obsession We prioritize our clients above all else. Every decision we make starts with their needs and interests.
2. Building Something Unique We don't focus on market share or beating competitors. Instead, we concentrate on building something truly great and unique. While we learn from what customers value, we chart our own path toward excellence.
3. Commitment to Excellence and Overdelivering Extraordinary performance is our only standard. We believe in consistently overdelivering and overperforming as the path to both personal and business growth. High performance isn't optional—it's our way of life.
4. Long-term Thinking As Ben Graham noted, markets are voting machines in the short term but weighing machines in the long term. We're building for the weighing machine, focusing on substance and sustainability. We see time-horizon arbitrage as one of today's greatest business opportunities.
5. Product as Our Marketing Engine Our product is our first impression and our lasting reputation. We believe in product-led growth, where our highest-impact initiatives come from the product itself.
6. Day 1 Mindset We maintain a perpetual Day 1 mindset—staying hungry, focused, and relentless. We actively resist the complacency of a Day 2 mentality that leads to stasis and decline.
7. Speed as a Competitive Advantage We understand the power of daily compounding. Fast execution is our norm because slowness anywhere justifies slowness everywhere.
8. Owner's Mindset Every team member acts as an owner, with both the freedom and responsibility that comes with ownership. We make decisions thinking 10-20 years ahead, treating company resources as our own, and building an institution that will outlast us.
Success Metrics for the first 24 months
Maintain the excellent high program satisfaction metrics
Scale to 20,000+ high-quality applications annually
Successfully execute >$20mm worth of investment deals
Build and lead a high-performing core team
Develop a sustainable program operations model
* Annual target compensation will be reached after the newly incorporated subsidiary reaches specific financial targets. The initial salary will be lower and will need to be negotiated to ensure the company's successful launch and sustainability. We estimate that it will take 6 months to complete the spinoff successfully.
** Equity represents ownership in the future Silicon Valley Fellowship subsidiary (not Gomry, Inc.), subject to a 10-year vesting schedule. Final equity percentage to be negotiated.
*** Visa sponsorship available if necessary. Please note that the US visa system is not fully under our control and both outcomes and timing can vary considerably case by case. However, we are extremely flexible and ready to support foreign candidates who need to relocate to the US.
