Founded in San Francisco in 2022 by three Italian founders, we've rapidly grown to serve over 850 communities worldwide, primarily in Europe and US. Our platform empowers communities to efficiently manage events, forms, applications, memberships, and, most importantly, sponsors and sponsorship deals.
We're also the proud owners of the Silicon Valley Fellowship, a program that started 20 years ago and that we have been operating since 2023. Role Overview: Growth Marketing
We're seeking a talented and creative Marketing Ops professional to join our team in Buenos Aires, Argentina. This role will be crucial in driving our marketing efforts, engaging with clients, and growing our community.
Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina (In-person)
Experience: Min. 2-3 years
Employment Type: Full-time
Gross Salary Range: USD 18,000 - 36,000 per year
Key Responsibilities:
Interview clients and potential clients to gather insights and feedback
Create engaging content for social media
Manage and execute social media posting strategies
Experiment with new strategies to grow and acquire clients
Utilize digital marketing tools effectively
Write compelling marketing communications
Improve and maintain our website
Produce marketing materials for events and posts
Establish, maintain, and measure partnerships
Analyze marketing performance and adjust strategies accordingly
Qualifications:
Native-level English speaker with excellent communication skills
Proficiency in using various marketing and tech tools
Strong creativity and ability to produce engaging content
Deep understanding of and passion for social media marketing
Minimum 3 years of experience working in Marketing for companies in English-speaking markets
Proven track record of success in previous marketing roles
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Genuine interest in community management and the tech industry
Willingness to work in-office in Buenos Aires
Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
