Victoria Symphony

The Victoria Symphony is a Canadian orchestra based in Victoria, British Columbia, and is considered Vancouver Island's largest and best-known performing arts organization. Currently conducted by Christian Kluxen, the orchestra features 34 full-contract and 10 part-contract musicians. The ensemble typically delivers more than fifty main series programs each season, alongside a two-week summer series. An annual highlight is the Symphony Splash fundraising concert, which has historically seen the orchestra perform on a barge in Victoria's Inner Harbour for audiences of around thirty thousand people.
