ECAC Hockey

ECAC Hockey is an American collegiate ice hockey conference that competes in NCAA Division I. As one of six conferences at this level, it features both women's and men's divisions, notably standing as the only ice hockey conference with identical memberships across both divisions. The conference was previously affiliated with the Eastern College Athletic Conference, a consortium of more than 300 colleges in the eastern United States. Although this affiliation ended in 2004, the conference chose to retain the ECAC abbreviation in its name.
