Mid-American Conference
The Mid-American Conference (MAC) is a U.S. collegiate athletic conference with a membership base mostly in the Great Lakes region, stretching from Massachusetts to California. Its members compete in National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division I, and the conference participates in the NCAA's Football Bowl Subdivision for football. Nine of the twelve full member schools are located in Ohio and Michigan, with single members situated in Indiana, Massachusetts, California, and New York.
