Georgia Bulldogs

The Georgia Bulldogs are the intercollegiate athletic teams representing the University of Georgia. Competing in NCAA Division I as members of the Southeastern Conference, the university sponsors twenty-one sports, including football, baseball, basketball, gymnastics, and soccer. While most teams use the Bulldogs name, the women's basketball team is known as the Lady Bulldogs and the women's gymnastics team is called the GymDogs. The teams, also referred to as The Dawgs, feature an English Bulldog mascot named Uga alongside a costumed character named Hairy Dawg.
