Prokofiev

Prokofiev is a Russian and Soviet composer, pianist, and conductor who creates masterpieces across numerous music genres. Known for an iconoclastic and virtuosic style, the artist's works include widely heard pieces such as the March from The Love for Three Oranges, the suite Lieutenant Kijé, and the orchestral Scythian Suite. The creator's extensive output features seven completed operas, seven symphonies, eight ballets, five piano concertos, two violin concertos, a cello concerto, and nine completed piano sonatas. The Saint Petersburg Conservatory graduate is recognized for producing ferociously dissonant compositions.
