Old Crow Medicine Show

Old Crow Medicine Show is an Americana string band based in Nashville, Tennessee. The group performs original songs alongside many pre-World War II blues and folk songs, delivering an old-time string sound fueled by punk rock energy. Their music is characterized as old-time, folk, and alternative country. Inducted into the Grand Ole Opry, the band was originally discovered while busking outside a pharmacy in Boone, North Carolina. Their style has contributed to a revival of banjo-picking string bands playing Americana music.
