Much Ado About Nothing

Much Ado About Nothing is a comedy play set in Messina that revolves around two romantic pairings emerging when a group of soldiers arrives in town. One relationship is nearly ruined by the accusations of a villain, while the other pairing takes centre stage as the characters' wit and banter provide much of the humour. Through gossip, rumour, and overhearing, characters are tricked into confessing their love or believing falsehoods. This production relies on secrets and trickery to form the backbone of its comedy, intrigue, and action.
