The Outsiders

The Outsiders is a coming-of-age stage musical based on a novel. Set in Tulsa, Oklahoma, the production follows the conflict between two rival gangs divided by their socioeconomic status: the working-class "Greasers" and the upper-middle-class "Socs." The story is told from the perspective of a fourteen-year-old protagonist. This theatrical adaptation features music and lyrics created by members of a folk rock band alongside collaborators, with a book by co-writers.
