Chvrches
Chvrches are a Scottish synth-pop band formed in Glasgow in September 2011. The group consists of members Lauren Mayberry, Iain Cook, and Martin Doherty, alongside unofficial member Jonny Scott who joined in 2018. Musically, Chvrches mostly derive their sound from the synth-pop genre, while also incorporating elements of indietronica, indie pop, and electronic dance. Audiences attending a live performance can expect an electronic music show drawing on these blended styles from the Glasgow-based group.
