Les Ballets Trockadero de Monte Carlo is an all-male American comedy drag ballet troupe that parodies the conventions of classical and romantic ballet. Under the artistic direction of Tory Dobrin, the dancers portray both male and female roles. The company's performance style combines physical comedy, posing, and parodies with "straighter" pieces designed to showcase the performers' technical skills. Much of the humor features male dancers performing en travesti in roles traditionally reserved for female dancers, wearing tutus and dancing en pointe.
