Call of Cthulhu

Call of Cthulhu, often abbreviated as CoC, is a tabletop horror fiction role-playing game production based on H. P. Lovecraft's story of the same name and the associated Cthulhu Mythos. Originally created by Sandy Petersen and published by Chaosium, the game was first released in 1981 and is currently in its seventh edition. The game system utilizes Chaosium's Basic Role-Playing mechanics, incorporating unique horror-genre additions such as specialized rules for sanity and luck. It remains one of the longest-running tabletop role-playing games still in publication.
