Third Eye Blind

Third Eye Blind is an American rock band formed in San Francisco, California, in 1993. Initially featuring the songwriting partnership of Stephan Jenkins and Kevin Cadogan, the group signed with Elektra Records in 1996. Their self-titled debut album was released in 1997, recorded by a lineup that included Jenkins, Cadogan, Arion Salazar, and Brad Hargreaves. This same lineup released their second album, Blue, in 1999. Shortly after this release, Cadogan was released from the band under controversial circumstances.
