Blood, Sweat & Tears
Blood, Sweat & Tears is an American jazz rock band founded in New York City in 1967. The group is noted for combining a brass section with rock band instrumentation. Throughout its history, the band has undergone numerous personnel changes and explored a wide range of musical styles, merging rock, pop, and R&B/soul with big band jazz. The addition of Canadian lead singer David Clayton-Thomas from 1968 to 1972 marked the group's most successful period.
