Gene Loves Jezebel
Gene Loves Jezebel is a British rock band formed in the early 1980s by twin brothers Michael Aston and Jay Aston. Initially associated with gothic rock and post-punk, the group achieved chart success with their 1983 debut album Promise and their 1986 album Discover. They secured several UK singles chart entries, including "Heartache", "Desire", and "The Motion of Love", while also gaining success in the United States. Following a split between the founding brothers, two separate versions of the band were formed.
