Hot 8 Brass Band

The Hot 8 Brass Band is an American brass band based in New Orleans. The group blends hip-hop, jazz, and funk styles with traditional New Orleans brass sounds. Formed in 1995 by Bennie Pete, Jerome Jones, and Harry Cook, the band was established following the merger of two earlier groups, the Looney Tunes Brass Band and the High Steppers Brass Band.
