Save Ferris

Save Ferris is an American ska punk band from Orange County, California, that formed circa 1995. Taking their name from the 1986 film Ferris Bueller's Day Off, the group began performing in Southern California's underground venues. After winning a Grammy showcase award for best unsigned band in 1996, they signed with Epic Records and released their first full-length album, It Means Everything, in 1997. The band transitioned from ska-pop to pop-punk by 1999. Following a hiatus, Save Ferris returned to release their Checkered Past EP in 2017.
