Westlife is an Irish pop group and boy band originally formed in Sligo in 1998. Initially performing under the names '6as1' and 'I.O.YOU' with several other members, the group consists of Nicky Byrne, Shane Filan, Kian Egan, and Mark Feehily, though Feehily is temporarily away due to health issues. Former member Brian McFadden departed in March 2004 to pursue a solo career. The group disbanded in 2012 and later reunited in 2018.
