Rita Rudner
Rita Rudner is an American stand-up comedian and actress who has performed for over three decades. She began her career as a Broadway actress before noticing a lack of female comedians in New York City, which prompted her transition to stand-up comedy. Rudner established herself as a notable comic during the comedy boom of the 1980s, aided by her performances on various HBO specials and her numerous appearances on The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson.
