The Piano Guys

The Piano Guys is an American musical group from Utah consisting of pianist Jon Schmidt, cellist Steven Sharp Nelson, videographer Paul Anderson, and music producer Al van der Beek. The group gained popularity on YouTube beginning in 2011 by sharing piano and cello compositions that blend classical, pop, film score, and original music. These performances are showcased through elaborate, cinematic videos. Their first eight major-label studio albums all reached number one on the Billboard Classical Albums or New Age Albums charts, and their YouTube channel has accumulated over 2.5 billion views.
