Wimbledon
The Wimbledon Championships, commonly known simply as Wimbledon, is an annual tennis tournament held in Wimbledon, London. Organized by the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club alongside the Lawn Tennis Association, it is the oldest tennis tournament in the world and is widely regarded as the most prestigious. Chronologically, the competition serves as the third of the four annual Grand Slam tennis events, taking place after the Australian Open and the French Open, and preceding the US Open.
