Danish String Quartet
The Danish String Quartet is a string quartet formed in Denmark in 2001. The group made its debut at the Copenhagen Summer Festival in 2002. Known for its performances of classical music, the ensemble also presents its own renditions of traditional Nordic folk music. In addition, the quartet has worked with an extensive range of contemporary Scandinavian composers.
