Live and Let Die is a 1973 spy film production, marking the eighth installment in the James Bond series produced by Eon Productions. Directed by Guy Hamilton, this release represents his third directorial contribution to the franchise. The production was written by Tom Mankiewicz and produced by Harry Saltzman alongside Albert R. Broccoli. It is notable as the first film in the series to star Roger Moore in the role of the fictional MI6 agent James Bond.
