Macbeth

Macbeth is an opera in four acts featuring an Italian libretto, based on the play of the same name. Originally written for a theater in Florence, this production represents the composer's tenth opera and their first adaptation of this playwright's work for the operatic stage. The work also exists in a revised and expanded French version.
