Urinetown

Production

Urinetown

Urinetown is a satirical comedy musical. The production satirizes capitalism, the legal system, social irresponsibility, populism, bureaucracy, corporate mismanagement, and municipal politics. In addition to these themes, the show parodies the Broadway musical itself as an art form, while also parodying musicals such as The Threepenny Opera, Fiddler on the Roof, The Cradle Will Rock, and Les Misérables.
