Regina Symphony Orchestra

The Regina Symphony Orchestra (RSO) is a Canadian orchestra based in Regina, Saskatchewan. Originally founded as the Regina Orchestral Society in 1908 by Frank Laubach, the group performed its inaugural concert on December 3 of that year. After temporarily becoming the Regina Choral and Orchestral Society in 1919 and briefly merging to form the Regina Philharmonic Association in 1924, the ensemble reclaimed its independent status as the Regina Symphony in 1926. The orchestra presented its first regular season from 1927 to 1928 under W. Knight Wilson.
