The Movement
The Movement is an American reggae band known for a sound commonly described as a fusion of rock, reggae, hip hop, and acoustic music. Originally formed in Columbia, South Carolina, in 2003 by founding members Josh Swain and Jordan Miller, the band later relocated to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. There, they acquired a live rhythm section consisting of local musicians Jay Schmidt and Gary Jackson. The band has released six studio albums, showcasing their signature blend of genres.
