She Kills Monsters

She Kills Monsters is a drama-comedy play written by Qui Nguyen. The production tells the story of Agnes Evans, an average woman who loses her parents and her sister Tilly in a car accident. To connect with the sister she was distant from, Agnes embarks on an adventure by playing a Dungeons & Dragons module Tilly wrote. The plot moves between reality and an imaginary game world, where Agnes learns about Tilly's struggles and exploration of her sexuality. The play is also presented in a 'Young Adventurers Edition' with aged-down characters and no explicit language.
